I just wanted to send a quick message thanking Dr. Lee and the staff for being so incredible! Ella and I came in for a last minute appointment this morning to get her ear looked at and you all were willing to do her 2 year appointment last minute too while we were in! Not only that, but everyone was so loving and friendly towards Ella! We are so thankful for Dr. Lee and everyone at this practice! You all are simply the best!

I just wanted to say Thank You to your entire practice for making my parenting life so much easier. The list just gets bigger of things I'm pleased with about your office: -I need medical record copies ASAP, no worries, I just logged in to the portal and printed new copies. -its not a shots visit, or its not a visit for all 3 of my kids, no matter; each child is made to feel valued with a prize token each visit. -I have a question or concern, again just log into the portal, and send a message, every time its a very quick and informative response. -3 kids in the same exam room; that's okay because each room is decorated so well with fun themes to engage each child. -2 year old making a fuss anyways; here's a tiny pack of duplo blocks to draw their attention. Thank you everyone! Office staff, Nurses, and Doctors alike. Our Family appreciates everything you do to make every aspect and interaction with pediatric medical needs easier.

The staff here is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They spoke directly to my 4 year old during her first well visit. They addressed each of my concerns I added to the paperwork 1 by 1, and left room for questions. They really took their time with us. The paperwork was thorough, and easy to fill out. I appreciated the space as well. It is like a child family art exhibit in there. You can tell the doctors put a lot of intention into creating this practice.

Dr. Lee was incredibly friendly and professional! The process was organized, easy, and painless. She practiced creating the piercing gun noise next to my daughter's ear to allow her to get used to it before the actual piercing. The numbing cream she provided before hand worked wonderfully also. Great selection of earrings too!

We can’t say enough great things about this practice! Dr Lee and Blakey are both amazing and compassionate about what they do. They always listen to your questions or concerns and never rush you out the door. It’s nice to be able to go to a practice where you feel like you’re not just another patient coming through the door. Everyone is super friendly and always nice. The portal system (great feature) they use is super convenient and they always respond to you. Thank you to both Dr’s for everything you do and making this such a great place to come for our child! I highly recommend this practice to all!

This office is amazing. The staff are all wonderful at listening and making you feel heard. They are so good with the children and making them feel heard as well. The office is so neat and colorful. All of the exam rooms have their own whimsical themes that my daughter loves. Treatment and concerns are always handled even when dealt with through the portal.

Dr. Lee has been absolutely amazing assisting with my son’s ADHD. She’s made the entire process so easy and is super understanding. I don’t know what I would do without this office. Dr. Blakey is great when my kiddos are sick. He’s very patient and listens to everything so we are getting the correct diagnosis whether it’s the flu or an ear infection. These guys are definitely the ideal doctors for kids. ❤️❤️

We moved into the Richmond area in 2021 and started with a different pediatric office. It was mediocre but I didn’t feel like my concerns or questions were acknowledged let alone it was a struggle to get a response.
A neighbor of ours recommended this new practice called complete care for kids that they took their kids and told us to try them out.
We fell in love instantly. Not only was the office well taken care of but the front office staff, clinical team and Dr. Blakey were wonderful. This includes the quick responses through the portal too.
Having such a responsive team that acknowledges our questions without feeling judged as parents is refreshing and in todays world doesn’t happen very often.
I am so appreciative we found this practice and immediately recommend this practice when anyone asks me for a good pediatrician.

Dr. Blakey has been so important to me and both of my children. He caught my older son's heart issue and has been my younger son's primary doctor, coordinating with many specialists. I always tell people to go to Complete Care for Kids because everyone there really takes their time and truly cares about their patients.
